Once we begin reserching and preparing your personalized PDF, the order becomes non-refundable.
- No refund after personalized work has started.
- No refund after the PDF has been delivered.
Changes to your travel plan
If your ryokan, destination, or meal plan changes before the guide is completed, we will make reasonable adjustments where possible.
